It was a very pleasant stay for our family of 3. Complete value for the money paid. The staff were very courteous and we did not have any hassle during checkin or checkout. Room was clean and spacious. Was exactly as advertised on the site. Used the gym once. It was very clean and all equipments in perfect working condition. Clean napkins were provided on all treadmills. Did not use the pool but could see quite a few guests who did. The in house bistro was good.

A good place to stay if you have an early flight the next day. This hotel offers an airport shuttle (you need to let the hotel staff know in advance to book a place on the shuttle though). There is a great diner nearby called Duff's with the best Buffalo's wings in America if not the world - highly recommended.

The room was larger than expected, especially the reading chair. The desk was useful as I was working remotely during my stay. And it was nice to have a fridge and coffee maker. Everything was clean and the staff was helpful. I even got an early check in, which was clutch after a red eye from the west coast.

Liked the Starbucks in house for morning coffee and they served breakfast too. Not free but it was good. Staff were accommodating. Let us change floors at 11:00 pm when the people on our floor got loud. Shuttle to airport was good too.

Our flight was early, so we missed out on bfast. A suggestion would be to give early-departing guests a “to-go” b’fast in a paper bag……something like a croissant, a yogurt, an apple and fresh hot tea/coffee.
